Led by George MacPherson and Big Joe Fauria, this two hour breath and sound workshop will offer guests a deeply transformative experience that harnesses the potency of active participation; the innate power of our own breath, and the potential within a heightened awareness of sound available in deep listening. This experience brings together two modalities of breathwork and sound meditation; which flow together to help us connect with what is real, create space and observe what arises, listen to what our body is telling us when we finally allow ourselves to surrender, still our minds and feel into the present moment. Big Joe will expertly lead you through breathwork transitions, using a range of curated, rhythmic breath patterns for you to safely release, and allow your body to drop into an altered state. From here a soundscape created by George, working with various overtone emitting instruments such as symphonic gong, chimes, Himalayan bowls and more - becomes your guide to your inner journey of self reflection, potent contemplation and experiencing the unstruck sound within - Anahata. We will close with an opportunity to share and hold space for each other in this co-created container.

What should I bring to the event?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and bringing a mat to lay down on. A blanket or sweatshirt may also be a good idea if you want to get extra comfortable.
