Big Breath is a method that includes ancient pranayama, rhythmic breathing patterns, and curated music to allow your body, mind and spirit to drop into an altered state. Big Joe went from playing in the NFL to now sharing his method with more than 10,000 souls around the world for the last 6 years. This journey will aim to empower you and will be guided intentionally to help you surrender and safely release.

What should I bring to the event?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and bringing a mat to lay down on. A blanket or sweatshirt may also be a good idea if you want to get extra comfortable.
