Timeframe: 

5:00 - 5:30pm : Welcome & Intro

5:30- 7:00pm : Big Breath Method

7:00 - 7:30pm : Crystal Bowls and Gong Sound Bath led by Pua Hall

7:30 - 8:00pm : Closing Ceremony and Food
