In collaboration with former NFL player Joseph Fauria and MVP Virtual Chapter, we invite you to a breathwork class and community event on May 20th, 2024 at 5:00 pm PST. This event is open to anyone at no cost, so please spread the word and bring all your friends.
You'll need a blanket, yoga mat, water, and a pillow. Optional: Eye mask, essential oils, chapstick, and sage

What should I bring to the event?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and bringing a mat to lay down on. A blanket or sweatshirt may also be a good idea if you want to get extra comfortable.

- A blessed space set with Intention, smudge, & essential oils
- An introduction Introduction followed by multiple pranayama and breathwork techniques, ending with share and integration
