You'll need a blanket, yoga mat, water, and a pillow. Optional: Eye mask, essential oils, chapstick, and sage

What should I bring to the event?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and bringing a mat to lay down on. A blanket or sweatshirt may also be a good idea if you want to get extra comfortable.

  • An introduction Introduction followed by multiple pranayama and breathwork techniques, ending with share and integration
