Get ready to take a big breath and indulge in a one-of-a-kind experience with former NFL player turned breathwork facilitator, Big Joe Fauria. Big Joe will be hosting this unique experience on the Vanta Rooftop in Austin, Texas on Saturday February 8 from 10am to 12pm.

Therapeutic breathwork and activation style pranayama to take you on a journey + angelic sounds to bring you back to center.
Parking instructions for the Vanta Rooftop will be sent to attendees 24 hours before the start of the event.

What should I bring to the event?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and bringing a mat to lay down on. A blanket or sweatshirt may also be a good idea if you want to get extra comfortable.
