Therapeutic breathwork and activation style pranayama to take you on a journey + angelic sounds to bring you back to center.

What should I bring to the event?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and bringing a mat to lay down on. A blanket or sweatshirt may also be a good idea if you want to get extra comfortable.
